About the role

Assist Product team in daily operations and processes, support Sales, PS and Product Marketing teams

Essential duties and responsibilities- collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data- provide Sales, PS and Product marketing teams with the analytical product data- coordinate the preparation of and participate in internal webinars- create presentations related to various product management activities- create and maintain technical documentation on existing and new functionality and workflows- ensure that Product team tools and processes are used efficiently and accurately- test the Format developments- analyze the customer cases

Education, experience and skills:
- fluent oral and written English- good communication skills- strong presentation and organizational skills- Software: Excel, PPT- basic IT skills would be a plus- knowledge of VBA or SQL would be a plus- Software documentation writing

Background:
- First experience in IT, QA, consulting or internal IT support
