**Missions**:
As a Commis Sommelier at Zuma, you’ll assist in delivering exceptional wine and sake service, support the team, and gain hands-on experience while learning the art of creating unforgettable guest moments. Start your wine and sake journey with Zuma Join our team for the summer season 2025, please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD).

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

**Main Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist the front-of-house team in providing smooth and efficient wine service
- Build your wine knowledge by staying up-to-date with the beverage offerings
- Help manage stock by maintaining accurate orders and ensuring proper stock levels
- Keep the cellar and fridge areas clean, organized, and in line with company standards
- Respond to guest wine and sake requests promptly and keep equipment in great condition
- Share guest feedback or issues with managers to ensure top-notch service

- Proven experience as a commis sommelier in a luxury high-volume restaurant
