Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

**Main Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine service daily
- Use your in-depth knowledge of wine,sake, beverages, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
- Manage wine stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
- Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
- Build relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connections
- Handle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates

- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Proven experience as a sommelier in a luxury high-volume restaurant
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
