**POSTE**:
Pour notre magasin de Paris Giverny, nous recrutons un **DIRECTEUR DE MAGASIN & ADJOINT(E) DIRECTEUR DE MAGASIN** à temps plein. Il s'agit d'une opportunité fantastique de rejoindre une entreprise solide et prospère avec des plans de croissance ambitieux mais réalistes. Ce poste est responsable de la réalisation des objectifs de vente et de profit. Vous gérez et coordonnez les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et du personnel de vente et vous rendez compte des résultats de votre travail au directeur du magasin. Vous travaillez en permanence à l'amélioration de la qualité du service dans le magasin et vous vous assurez que l'esprit de celui-ci est conforme à l'identité de l'entreprise.
**PROFIL**
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail avec des responsabilités croissantes, dont au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion.
- Grande expérience et capacité à diriger la mise en place d'un service client de qualité.
- Expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail, de la budgétisation, de la planification, du service à la clientèle, du leadership et de la vente requise.
- Vous savez établir et maintenir des relations et vous aimez travailler avec différents départements, vous pensez à l'avenir et vous apportez de la structuration.
- Communiquer honnêtement, ouvertement et de manière constructive.
- Contribuer à une culture inclusive de styles et de talents divers travaillant vers un objectif précis.
- Vous aimez travailler avec des clients étrangers.
- Il est important que vous parliez français et l'anglais. D'autres langues sont un plus.
