Description du poste
Profil expert outillage injection plastiques.
Validation faisabilité pièces plastiques/Etude outillage injection plastique/suivi réalisation
**Objectifs de la mission et tâches**
- Vérification de la faisabilité de la pièce 3D
- Proposer des solutions pour rendre la pièce réalisable, l'outil robuste Créer et mettre à jour les spécifications du moule
- Remplir et mettre à jour les IDS pour RFQ, et après à tout changement
- Suivi et vérification de la conception des outils Pré-étude de l'outil et vérification de l'étude, mise à jour PDCA, Suivi des moules d'injection chez les outilleurs et en usine
- Vérification des outils chez Toolmaker, remplir et mettre à jour le PDCA, outil validé en usine chez MPT suivi des outils dans l'usine de production jusqu'à l'approbation du moule par l'usine.
- Suivi du planning sur TLI/PALM et ECR/PDCA
**Qualifications**:
BAC+2 / Expérience 8 ans
