The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities

The SAP S/4HANA Project Director plays a decisive role in the presales engagement, the planning and implementation of SAP RISE transformation projects, around S/4HANA (PCE) & SAP BTP
- Plan, manage, staff and control of the implementation of the overall designed SAP S/4HANA & BTP program. Own the scope and theb change request management.
- Be a SAP transformation lead within the country, across accounts and sales teams, to ensure Kyndryl’s value proposition is leveraged for engagement presales, and delivery execution
- Develop and manage proposals for SAP Consulting Services. Plan, organize, and consolidate WBS to trigger SAP RISE & S/4HANA + BTP transformations
- Provide end-to-end project plan of a customer journey for the SAP S/4HANA transformation, with proven methodologies (Activate and additions)
- Coordinate the functional project activities with the technical landscape deployment activities

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 7 years of professional experience in consulting project management, and contract management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA functional integration programs
- ABAP development team management
- Monitor the project implementation, identify risks and issues with appropriate corrective and preventive actions to achieve project goals
- SAP Project methods and best practices (Activate) and toolings accelerators. Certification is a plus
- Very good presentation and communication skills. Strong skills in English and French
- Ability to work in virtual or distributed teams around the world. Experience of Global Integrated Delivery, with near & off-shore teams..
- Ability to travel.

Good to have Technical and Professional Experience
- Knowledge of SAP infrastructure & landscape dependencies is an advantage.
- Experience with at least one hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience of SAP RISE - S/4HANA PCE on-boarding project is a plus
- Practice of S/4HANA project in “clean core” approach, and Agile/devopps for customizations
- Selective data migrations to S/4HANA concepts & toolings
- SAP BTP components integration in your projects
- Network of partners, 3rd party solutions, skills resources in the French SAP ecosystem
