Responsibilities include: - **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** - Manage translations process - Work with translations agency and internal colleagues to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all translated marketing materials - Track translations costs, invoicing and bill payment to ensure adherence to budget - Manage and maintain internal resources, ensuring they're reflective of the most current data and brand guidelines, and organized properly in their appropriate folders - Update stats for all content (one pagers, etc) - Project manage inter - and intradepartmental initiatives, keeping partners current on status and timeline updates - Manage workflow between Marketing team and two graphic designers to ensure efficient and on time delivery of completed projects - Track all ad creative and report on performance of various media outlets as well as effectiveness of various creative approaches - Support Brand Spotlight Program - Manage brand lists, liaise with CS team to identify priority brands, coordinate with brand contacts to arrange interviews, collect assets, etc. - **CONTENT/CREATIVE** - Assist with content strategy and roadmap - Help brainstorm blog topics, participate in biweekly blog touch base - Attend weekly passport meetings - Attend weekly EMEA marketing meetings - Manage the content for Retail Centre Banner - Work with Passport team for shows, #BrandFeatureFriday posts, latest blogs, etc - Maintain content libraries—including but not limited to imagery, videos, and documents in a variety of languages—for the entire organization - Demo environment imagery - Social media support - Identify relevant upcoming holidays, research social media tools, etc - Create QR code signage for JOOR clients to be distributed at trade shows **What We're Looking For** - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field - Fluency/strong proficiency in French - Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills - Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Google Analytics or Hubspot experience a strong plus **What We Offer**: - Access to Market Weeks to see the product in action - Collaborate with our teams in NY, LA, London, Madrid, Melbourne, Milan, Paris, Philadelphia and Tokyo - Access to Market Weeks to see the product in action - Regular social events, including happy hours, lunch & learns, company off sites, meetups and speaker series - Transparency into the state of our business via monthly all-hands meetings, showcasing the company's performance in relation to revenue and growth We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
