About the Role

As a Digital Content Marketing Intern, you'll support our marketing team in driving traffic across Global Blue's digital channels. Working closely with our Content Marketing Manager, you'll help develop engaging content that brings our stories to life.

Your Main Responsibilities

  1. Content Planning
    – Assist with content scheduling using a data- and SEO-informed approach, working with insights provided by BI and market teams.
  2. Content Creation
    – Produce digital assets such as visuals, infographics, videos, and graphics for social media, newsletters, presentations, and more.
  3. Copywriting
    – Adapt tone and storytelling across various formats: social posts, newsletters, blogs, and event content.
  4. Social Media
    – Publish on LinkedIn, monitor performance, and prepare weekly engagement updates.
  5. Intranet Management
    – Build and upload intranet pages to keep internal content up to date.
  6. Press Monitoring
    – Collect and suggest relevant press articles for the BI team.
  7. Quality Control
    – Proofread English content to ensure accuracy and consistency before publication.
  8. Market Research
    – Track trends in the luxury and shopping sectors and gather insights for reports and deep dives.
  9. Team Collaboration
    – Take part in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, webinars, and contribute ideas and improvements.
  10. Digital Reporting
    – Deliver regular digital performance reports and insights to support marketing planning and decisions.

Skills and Qualities We're Looking For

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset
  • Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Interest in luxury, retail, or fashion
  • Comfortable using Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Interest in data analysis and generating insights
