Fondée en 2016 par Lucas, Clément et Sebastien, Agicap est devenue l’une des scale-up les plus rapides d’Europe, avec plus de 8000 clients dans 11 pays et chaque année une croissance à 3 chiffres.

Agicap est une solution innovante de gestion de trésorerie. Grâce à une interface intuitive et des fonctionnalités avancées d'automatisation, elle permet aux entreprises de taille intermédiaire (5-250M€ de CA) d'améliorer leur trésorerie à court, moyen et long terme. Rejoindre Agicap, c'est intégrer une équipe dynamique et passionnée, dédiée à transformer la gestion financière des entreprises.

Pour nous aider à y parvenir, nous avons réalisé 4 levées de fonds, pour un total de 145 millions d'euros - la plsu récente en novembre 2024 où nous avons levé 45 millions d'euros avec AVP. Ces ressources supplémentaires nous permettent d’investir massivement dans le Produit, de développer considérablement l’équipe en accueillant de nouveaux talents et d’accélérer notre expansion internationale.

Product Knowledge Managers are product experts on an Agicap product line. Your goal is to make sure that the users are getting the most value from the product. The PKM leverage 3 missions to reach this goal **:support,knowledge** & **project**.
- As a product expert, you will provide top notch product training and documentations to the business teams so they can better leverage all the product capabilities.
- As a product support, you will be able to tackle any product & tech issues raised by the business teams that prevent our customer to use its full potential.
- As a project manager, you will handle projects that will enable the users to get more value from the product.

Your role is key in our organization as a pivot between customer success, sales and product / tech teams.

**Requirements**:
- You are graduated from a top engineering or business school
- You are fluent in, at least, English and one of the following languages : French, Italian, German or Spanish
- You are customer, problem and impact oriented
- You have a first experience in a tech environment
- You demonstrate methodological rigor
- You have a strong team spirit and have experience working with CS, sales, tech, PM, marketing teams
- You are an excellent communicator and are able to share your vision
- You are ambitious and the startup mindset attracts you
