Au sein du département des Ressources Humaines situé à Paris, le département e-HR recherche Digital HR Project Manager rapportant au Global Digital HR Project Manager.
- Votre mission
En coordination avec les équipes Métiers, IT, et avec l'aide d'un Business Owner, vous concevez et pilotez une feuille de route globale des outils digitaux de votre squad en ligne avec nos stratégies et notre vision de l'expérience digitale de l'employé.
- Traduire l’ambition métier et élaborer la feuille de route des produits en collaboration étroite avec le Business Owner de la Squad
- Partager la vision des produits de manière transverse (développement, Squad e-HR, Business Owner)
- Animer la communauté des Business Owners de votre périmètre,
- Identifier les fonctionnalités attendues et priorisées par la valeur fonctionnelle en étroite collaboration avec le Proxy Product Owner
- Coordonner et valider la recette des éléments métier produits
- Communiquer l'avancement de la réalisation du produit auprès du Management et des utilisateurs.
- Faciliter la compréhension de l’équipe Agile vis-à-vis du besoin métier.

**Profil**:

- Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet et SIRH
- Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre écoute attentive, votre sens de l'analyse et votre capacité de résolution des problèmes
- Vous savez évoluer dans un environnement complexe
- Vous parlez anglais parfaitement pour travailler dans un contexte international
