Your primary objective as a Product Manager is to oversee the development and lifecycle of the product. This involves understanding customer needs, defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams (like engineering, marketing, and sales), and ensuring the product meets market demands and business goals. Essentially, they act as the bridge between the market and the product, ensuring it delivers value to both customers and the company. What will your job entail? Master the Market Fit: Understand the product’s context, user needs, and evolving industry trends in Procurement and Technology. Stay ahead by monitoring competitors, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring the product consistently aligns with customer demands and SpendHQ’s strategic goals. Own the Product Vision and Functionality: Act as the central point of reference for the product’s functionality and vision. Be the "go-to" expert for internal teams, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, while keeping a clear view of how the product supports both business objectives and customer satisfaction. Gather, Analyze, and Prioritize Feedback: Leverage user feedback with a structured approach: empathize with customer needs, analyze points of friction, and align requests with business priorities and the product vision. Prioritize enhancements based on their value, effort, and ROI, ensuring the roadmap stays relevant and impactful. Design and Drive Solutions: Work collaboratively with developers, designers, and QA to create functional workflows, technical specifications, and UX designs. Ensure alignment across teams and actively lead the delivery of agile projects to provide meaningful, high-quality solutions. Test, Validate, and Iterate: Own the quality of deliverables by thoroughly testing and validating features to ensure they meet the desired outcomes. Seek to maximize user value with mínimal effort, refining the product iteratively based on user feedback and measurable results. Communicate and Align Teams: Maintain transparent and proactive communication on project status, changes, and priorities. Document and present new features, usage workflows, and release notes, enabling teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to better serve customers while reinforcing the product’s value proposition. What experience and skills do you need to succeed?
- 3 years in a product team and 5 years in a responsibility job. You already work in a SAAS company.

- Effective Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to clearly convey information and manage relationships to align stakeholders and drive outcomes. A good public speaker to represent our product in internal and external events.

- Product Delivery & Execution Excellence: Ability to manage and execute product delivery processes to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Data Analytics & Metrics: Ability to use data to identify trends, measure performance, and guide product improvements.
