- Reporting to the Category Director. As a Senior Creative Fragrance Manager within the Home Care category, you will actively collaborate with Perfumers and development teams on a global/cross regional level.- Thanks to your market knowledge and technical expertise, you will support customers in developing successful olfactive strategies, according to business principles and best practices.- You will have a strategic view to successfully manage your client/brand portfolio in strong partnership with our commercial teams.- Sounds interesting? - Fragrance Development- Develop olfactive strategies for clients, market, category and guide Perfumery teams accordingly
- Endorse global responsibility for brands/clients in the home care category
- Manage multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines following Givaudan best practices
- Liaise with other regional creative centers, as necessary, to complete project assignments
- Define fragrances to be tested
- Translate Consumer Market Insight results into olfactive guidelines for Perfumers
- Contribute to the olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative developments
- Develop new fragrances with Perfumers on a pro-active basis
- Work with labs on resolving technical issues
- Industry & Marketing- Anticipate market tastes; work closely with marketing colleagues on proactive concepts
- Write olfactive summaries of regions/markets and customers for knowledge-building & sharing
- Conduct customer presentations/interactions
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of new wins

- University Degree or equivalent in a related field is a plus
- 10+ years of a functional / technical experience in the fragrance industry
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage multiple and complex evaluation projects
- Evaluation skills in product design principles, advanced product and technical knowledge (innovations, manufacturing, stability, etc), ability to offer intuitive and creative ideas within the project's scope and guide the perfumers in their creations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with customers/clients on briefs, technical matters and other issues, ability to take ownership of a brand & customer relations
- Consumer Understanding skills: keeping abreast of CMI Tools, protocols, practices and a broad understanding of consumers
