Financial Supervisor

We are looking for a talented Financial Supervisor, to join our team in Club Med Gregolimano on the island of Evoia.

Υοu are/have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Proven experience in financial supervisory role, preferably in hotel industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

You will:
Monitor contracts, administrative authorizations, budgets, turnover and changes in the structure's financial results

Define and implement administrative and financial management procedures as well as the indicators necessary for monitoring activity and reporting to Management

Analyze results and coordinate corrective action plans

Monitor cash management, adopt a bank reconciliation follow-up and issue recommendations on the allocation of financial resources

Ensure that good relations with local authorities are maintained

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable

Lead a team of financial analysts and clerks, providing guidance and support as needed

Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and achieve organizational goals

Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
