Reporting directly to our Operations Director, you will have overall responsibility for resort operations in your allocated area and will ensure Ski Beat standards are maintained including:

- Directly managing and developing Resort Teams, providing ongoing support, training and performance feedback..
- Oversee staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage across all chalets, taking into account guest occupancy and service requirements
- Visiting resorts weekly to work directly with your teams and provide leadership.
- Ensure all procedures and standards are met, including Health & Safety, Hygiene standards and all local regulations.
- Maintaining high service levels, consistent product delivery.
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements ensuring any guest issues are resolved effectively and will not reoccur.
- Actively working on improving the processes directly relating to your role and contributing to company-wide improvement projects.
- Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve budgetary targets and contribute to the company's overall success.
- Supporting and liaising with the Operations Director and operations team.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the following skills:

- A proven track record of leading high-performing teams in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience working winter seasons, preferably with chalets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Fluent English
- A good level of spoken French (desirable, but not essential).
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- An EU passport or established residency in France (Titre de Sejour).
- Over 23 years old and clean driver’s licence (for car insurance purposes).
- Good numeracy skills and proficiency with G Suite.
