Within CIO CIB, you join the Client Data Architecture & Services team as a Business Analyst. This team is responsible for Indixis related Business Intelligence (BI) projects such as Datalake, CIB Sales, and associated support and maintenance. Indixis allows you to collect data from front-end systems of all products, standardize them, enrich them from repositories, and create/generate analyses of CIB’s business activity using different decision-making tools.

The main themes of Datalake are:

- Commercial performance: broken down into a customer part (Customer Contribution) and a seller part (Sales Credit),
- The Hit Ratio: electronic price requests, retrieved from the platforms,
- Cash monitoring: calculated according to the operations carried out by Global Market,
- The exploitation of CRM data: meetings, contacts, etc.. provided by the NAT1 CRM,
- CPN1 (regulatory): controls carried out in post Trade, in order to raise alerts to the Front,
- Commercial management: monitoring of the NBI, RWA, etc. by the coverage and indutry Bankers teams.

The team is divided into two main squads: the Client squad and the Global Market squad, based between Paris and Porto.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

- Frame the collection of needs, specifications and tests;
- Plan priority topics in collaboration with the squad lead and ensure the reporting of activity;
- Coordinate the IT teams involved and analyze support cases on the HMI, BI and database dashboards via SQL queries;
- Be in charge of change management with users (communications, training, demonstrations);
- Contribute to the Agile-Kanban methodology (daily meetings, poker schedules, retrospectives).

The technical stack used is JIRA, Power BI, Business Object, SQL-Server, Microsoft SSAS Cube, APIs, Hadoop, WebApp. net

The position is based in Paris and with us it is 10 days of telework per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. **Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking sector.

You are familiar with:

- The handling of reporting tools (Business Object, Power BI) as part of revenue,
- Front office products and processes (Murex...),
- Agile methodology.

You are:

- Curious, rigorous and independent,
- Proactive, you enjoy working as a team in a challenging environment,
- Known for your sense of service and ability to communicate, you can adapt your communication with different stakeholders.

You master English with a B2 level.
