**Position Overview**:

- **Program Implementation and Support**:The Associate will be responsible for supporting implementation of program activities, and working with our corporate, training, research and other partners across various countries. The Associate will contribute to the content and design of working group meetings, training, and workshops, and ensure the accuracy of all materials. The Associate will contribute to quality assurance of all activities.
- **Membership and Partnership Support**:The Associate will support the Associate Director, Partnerships to recruit new member companies (brands, retailers, suppliers/supplier groups) and maintain existing members, deepening relationships with business leaders in member companies, and developing new business opportunities. As such the Associate will support the work to drive driving revenue generation from the private sector.
- **Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning**: Supporting monitoring and evaluation practices associated with the Program including writing project reports. Support capturing, analyzing and disseminating learning and developing case studies as associated with the program.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Support the Project Managers and Directors to cultivate, maintain and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, such as brands, suppliers and implementing partners. In addition, the associate will support engagement with multinational companies and global supply chain sustainability initiatives.
- **Communications and Events**:The Associate will support planning and execution of local events as relevant. Further, the Associate will contribute to realizing other projects in the Program. The Associate will be encouraged to contribute to communications activities via blogs etc.
- **Travel**: The Associate may be required to travel frequently, at times on their own, to the project sites such as garment factories for meetings, supporting implementing partners, progress monitoring, quality checks and program launch.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience in or understanding of women’s economic empowerment, gender equality, worker rights, supply chain development, capacity building initiatives.
- Experience in cross-sector partnership initiatives, international development or the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Potential experience in living and working in any of the programming countries; Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, India, Egypt, Guatemala.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- High degree of fluency in English, with fluency in a second language a plus.
- Self-motivated with a capacity to work and thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undertake up to 15% business travel.
