**PROJET: SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER GOLANG/REACT (H/F)**

L’entreprise a été créée il y’a 5 ans à Paris et compte environ 100 salariés aujourd’hui. Elle se spécialise dans le développement d’une solution SaaS dans le domaine du retail et notamment la gestion logistique des commandes E-Commerce. Son objectif ? Aider les petites marques E-commerce en leur donnant les outils pour répondre aux mieux aux besoins de leurs clients face à la concurrence féroce de concurrents tels Amazon.

Elle souhaite offrir une expérience d’achat et post achat la plus performante possible. Pour soutenir ses ambitions, la société a récemment levé des fonds et a décidé d’ouvrir un bureau en Occitanie (Toulouse ou Montpellier). Dans ce sens, elle recrute plusieurs **Senior Software engineer Golang/React (H/F)**.

**MISSIONS**:
Vous aurez la possibilité de travailler main dans la main avec les équipes parisiennes mais également sur un projet From scratch (création d’un WMS qui s’implanterait dans les entrepôts clients). Cela passera notamment par:

- De la code review pour remonter des bugs avant la mise en production.
- En collaboration avec le pôle produit, vous prendrez part à la réflexion sur la création du design system de la solution.
- Vous travaillerez sur le développement de nouvelles features en appliquant les bonnes pratiques.
- Veille technologique constante pour faire progresser la solution

**Setup requis**:

- Un master en informatique ou formation équivalente (école d’ingénieur ) est requis pour ce poste.
- Vous avez un minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en tant que développeur Fullstack ou Backend.
- Avoir une forte culture produit est primordial sur ce poste.

**Setup recommandé**:
**- **Une expérience en start-up ou sur un projet from scratch est un plus.
- Bonne capacité à communiquer et travailler en équipe.

**PROCESSUS DE RECRUTEMENT**:

- Le processus débute par 1 entretien à distance avec une personne du service RH
- Un pair programming d’environ 1h15 avec deux membres de l’équipe sur la stack technique de votre choix
- Un échange technique avec le CTO
- Le processus se concluera par un entretien sur place afin de rencontrer vos futurs collègues
