Natixis IMI aims to further develop its presence in France and internationally, drawing on the expertise of its teams and Natixis IM’s multi-affiliate model. - 1_ _Assets under management (“AUM”) as of December 30, 2022._ You are joining the Capital Markets and Private Assets team (5 employees) which belongs to the Legal Department of Natixis Investment Managers International. The team is involved in market operations, legal structuring and private asset life. The team also provides advice on securing financial transactions/arrangements and supporting the affiliated management companies and the bank subsidiary (Natixis TradEx Solutions). On a daily basis, you have the following tasks: - Advisor to secure the financial operations and montages of funds (including structured funds) of affiliated management companies and the bank subsidiary (Natixis TradEx Solutions) ; - Draft and negotiate legal documentation for market operations and other agreements with financial intermediaries; - Advise on the legal structuring of investment vehicles adapted to illiquid assets and prepare the legal documentation specific to each vehicle; - Monitor regulatory developments and identify issues on the activities of Natixis Investment Managers International; - Participate in local working groups. You are proficient in: - French and European regulations on market operations; - The legal documentation of market operations (ISDA, FBF, GMSLA, GMRA). You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good listening ability, you are: - Recognized for your analytical, synthesis and writing skills; - Rigorous and responsive; - Team spirit.
