**Your Role**
Part of a team of 25 people and reporting to the SAP Program Director, you will have a strategic impact on our project roll-out. Your main mission is to play a key role in working and engaging local functional users to implement the Quality processes (QC/QM).

For 40 sites, and working closely with the local functional teams as well as the global SAP project team, you:

- Participate in defining the scope and analyzing business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs, write detailed functional specifications, and ensure the integration with other streams;
- Guarantee the best practices implementation while defining local specifications (Languages-legal-regulatory-local interfaces) as needed;
- For your functional area, ensure operational local support to the LKU (Local Key-user) on:

- Identifying the impacts for the business organization of the ERP implementation and assisting change management processes required for these impacts_
- _Conducting tests and documenting test results_
- _Updating Template training material, supporting the LKU on necessary local adjustments_
- _Preparing master and transactional data to be uploaded_
- _Defining necessary KPI's to monitor process performance and drive continuous process improvements_
- _Providing 2nd level support after the go-live while being the point of contact about SAP for LKU_
- Participate in template improvements for the function (new business cases + SAP upgrade) with other function managers and the Global Template team;
- Manage/coordinate 3 global SAP Team members.

**About You**
This job position is a key role to support a strategic and challenging global project for the Symrise group, full-time, located in Rennes.

- More than 5 years of experience in a Quality function at an international level
- Strong knowledge of SAP (QC/QM) solutions gained in a large industrial corporate environment (Food industry considered as a plus)
- Strong leadership in the conduct of business-demanding, multi-faceted projects
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships while also focusing on functional and project needs
- Your skills and Information Systems sensitivity allow you to be a true field expert
- Professional English and French
- For the global deployment project phase, you are willing to travel 30-40% of your time
