With sustainability and impact being a strategic growth area, Allianz Global Investors has established a team dedicated to sustainable investment and shaping sustainable pathways. The role will be of integral support to our Sustainability Strategists, who act as internal and external advocates for our sustainability capabilities and foster the development of new sustainable investment strategies. **What you will do** - Conduct market research and competitive analysis - Provide knowledge to clients and other stakeholders on AllianzGI's sustainable investment capabilities - Handle day-to-day requests in collaboration with other members of the Sustainability team and other functions (e.g. ESG due diligence questionnaires, presentations). **What you bring** - Fluency in English and French, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in both languages - Ongoing education in sustainable finance, economics, business administration or other fields of study - Past intern/work experience to draw on, ideally in investment management/sustainability/consulting - Ability to work well in an international, diverse and highly interdisciplinary environment - Enthusiasm to learn and contribute - Ability to collaborate and work effectively with various departments - High degree of reliability, analytical mind and strong communications skills. **What we offer** - "New Normal", it's not news to us: As a global company, we've known the hybrid model before it was 'in'.
