Warehouse & Logistic Assistance Manager (W/m)

Within the DTI, the purpose of the Warehouse & Logistic Assistance Manager is to support the plants regarding the performances of **their warehouse, to support technically the central customer service for cutting lines and to make the Diamant campaign** planification.

In this role, main responsibilities will be:

- **Technical assistance**
- Follow the KPIs of the plant’s warehouses and identify with plants actions plan for continuous improvement regarding service to customers and cost.
- Follow the warehouse saturation and identify actions to prevent the stop of the production lines
- Support the engineering teams for the functional design of warehouses during project
- Evaluate the needs for stillages to keep the right level of services at the lower cost.
- Follow the cost of the pool of stillages and develop actions to minimize this cost
- **Planning**
- Aggregate the needs for orders and stock for Diamant glass & allocate the demand to the available stocks and future production campaigns.
- Elaborate in collaboration with plants the production plannings for Diamant campaign according to the needs.
- Support automotive planners to assess available cutting capacity and find alternatives for cutting lines
- **Safety**
- Ensure the sharing of accidental events inside the warehouse community and their key learnings in collaboration with the Central EHS team
- Review regularly the Safety Best Practices for warehouses and share them with the different plants

**Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?** Education / Technical skills**:
Generalist Engineer or Engineer in Logistics with 5-7 years of experience in the Industry with a field experience. Experience in an international and multicultural environment would be appreciated.

Fluent in spoken and written English mandatory. French is highly appreciated. Spanish or German is a plus.
