L'augmentation et la consolidation des fabricants de dispositifs médicaux, l'accélération de la transformation numérique - renforcée par la crise de la CoVid-19 - exigent un renforcement de l'alignement et de l'internationalisation de certaines de nos activités. En réponse à ces défis, l'activité Santé à Domicile a décidé: - d'accélérer la transformation numérique et l'homogénéisation des systèmes d'information à travers le programme TechCARE, - de massifier les activités d'approvisionnement et développer les synergies entre les différentes entités mondiales d'Air Liquide Healthcare (santé à domicile et gaz médicaux). Pour mettre en œuvre cette stratégie, l'entité Air Liquide Healthcare International Services & Technology (ALHIST) a été créée. Elle est dédiée à l'hébergement des services opérationnels mondiaux partagés, telles que les équipes Digital & IT et Procurement & MedTech. **Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?** With the launch of "Fit," a multi-year transformation program effective September 1, 2024, the Group has undergone organizational changes. Procurement, in particular, is now a worldwide organization, called a Global Business Services (GBS), serving multiple Clusters / GBUs. Procurement's primary objective is now, more than ever, to strategically partner with businesses and suppliers. This aims to establish Air Liquide as a leading industry force, delivering sustainable value, fostering innovation, and building competitive ecosystems that benefit both the company and its customers. To achieve these goals, the Procurement Fit Central team has outlined a clear target state for the Procurement function in 2027, along with the corresponding transformation roadmap, drawing on lessons learned from previous Procurement transformations. The Procurement Data Analyst, reporting to the Procurement Performance Director, Benoît Delelis, will play a key role in deploying Fit Procurement initiatives that will improve Procurement's contribution to Air Liquide's Home Healthcare competitiveness. This role involves planning and improving performance monitoring and controlling processes. Provide regular reporting and offer support to the procurement teams to optimize efficiency and performance. Being responsible for Spend integration and accuracy within Procurement tools. **The Procurement Data Analyst for Home Healthcare will ensure the monitoring of the P&L and the performance of the Procurement Organisation**: **Planning & improving** - Establish, align and distribute annual reporting calendar including aligned retro-planning to fit into overall timelines of stakeholders (e.g. group, finance, entity's planning processes) - Drive budget target, RFx & year closing process for Cluster/GBU function - Drive savings target, RFx & year closing process for Cluster/GBU function - Plan volume rebate collection campaigns - Set-up / confirm and manage fee and cross-charges model - Establish other KPIs to be monitored including their target values and align with "KPI owner" - Define reportings to be used within performance management & their functional design; work together with P&D team on realization and automatization - Identify, align & follow-up on improvement actions, contribute to the activities continuous improvement **Spend monitoring** Be responsible for Spend integration and accuracy within Procurement tools (Skynet). - Gather spend data from all Home HC entities - Integrate it within “Skynet” (Power BI) check and correct accuracy of the mapping - Communicate the Spend mapped to iAnalyze’ Procurement Group solution for Spend analysis. **Performance Monitoring & Controlling** Monitor performance in Cluster/GBU Procurement on a regular basis as defined by conducting target vs. actual analyses and developing improvement actions, e.g.: - Monitor budget consumption on a monthly basis - Monitor savings performance on all savings types - Monitor performance on all other defined KPIs - Analyze regularly the spend - Monitor SLA KPI's & compliance with SLA (if relevant) - Challenge & perform plausibility checks on savings and other data received - Analyze results and identify & follow-up improvement actions **Reporting** Produce, align & communicate meaningful reports (reliable, high quality, in time, target group oriented) including relevant interpretation & commenting on e.g.: - Establish savings, compliance & other (operational) KPIs performance - Ensure KPIs dashboards are accurate and up-to-date - Support preparation of reports for governance meetings - Establish a process for ad-hoc reporting **Support to the Procurement teams** - Support Procurement teams to use and understand the
