Oikocredit International is looking for an Investor Relations Officer France (full-time, 36-40 hours) to be based in our office in Paris, France or at our Headquarters in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.

**Job purpose**

The position will contribute to inflow operations in France. Oikocredit raises equity capital in France via an offering of depository receipts by Stichting International Share Foundation (OISF). We wish to develop our presence in France, both in terms of brand awareness and capital inflow growth. To that end, the IR Officer France is the primary staff member dedicated to developing and executing the marketing approach and sales to investors in France, in close collaboration with the four French support associations (SAs). The IR Officer for France should also be able to perform this task in the context of change processes affecting the investment product.

**Main responsibilities**

As an Investor Relations Officer France you implement approved marketing interventions, monitor market developments in France and actively identify and propose opportunities for outreach that can be translated into increased capital inflow.

You will develop and track indicators to measure the success of marketing interventions and identify progress towards meeting capital raising goals.

You will maintain relevant certifications (currently ESUS, Finansol), evaluate continuous compliance with their requirements, and pursue opportunities opened up by them.

In this role, you will engage closely with the Support Associations in France to find synergies with their general promotion work.

You will engage directly with current and potential investors to inform about and promote investment, preparing to hand over investors for account processing to the Investor and Business Support (IBS) unit within the Operations department.

In collaboration with the Investor Support unit, you will maintain the investor journey on the website and in the MyOikocredit app, ensuring that they are customer-friendly and compliant, and you will collaborate with all relevant departments to implement necessary changes.

Next to this, you will monitor the legal requirements related to OISF’s offering in France. In this respect, you will cooperate closely with Oikocredit’s Legal and Compliance Unit in Amersfoort.

**Education, skills and experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales to retail customers in a regulated environment, preferably financial products.
- University degree in marketing, finance, or another relevant field, or an equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of the commercial and regulatory aspects of the investment landscape in France would be a plus.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills and ability to operate in a multiple stakeholder environment.
- Native level French, fluent English
- A network of media contacts is an advantage.
- Appreciation of processes in a larger organization.

**Additional remarks**
- This position can be conducted from our office in Paris, France or Amersfoort, The Netherlands at our headquarters.
- You will be reporting to the head of investor sales and marketing.
- Success in the role requires significant presence in Paris and the rest of France, to build network, be present at events and meet potential and current investors. Some events take place on weekends.
- Willingness to travel to The Netherlands and within France 20%-25% of the time and internationally about 5%.
