The Fund focuses on early to growth-stage technology companies with strong technical differentiation, scalable business models, and global expansion potential.With deep sector expertise and a long-term vision, EVP partners with visionary founders driving innovation in intelligent hardware and next-generation digital ecosystems.Position SummaryEVP is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its global platform.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in USD-denominated private equity or venture capital, proven experience in fundraising and limited partner (LP) relationship management, and the ability to engage effectively with global institutional investors.This role combines strategic execution with deep investor engagement, serving as a critical bridge between our investment platform and international LP community.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Relations & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective limited partners (LPs), ensuring consistent, transparent, and insightful communication. Prepare and deliver investor materials, including quarterly reports, market updates, and fund performance summaries. Support the planning and execution of annual investor meetings, global roadshows, and conference calls.Fundraising & Business Development Develop and implement fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, and corporate LPs across global markets. Develop and refine institutional marketing materials (pitch decks, DDQs, data room materials, etc.) to effectively communicate the fund’s strategy and track record. Manage the end-to-end fundraising process—from investor engagement to commitment close.Due Diligence & Internal Coordination Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with investment, finance, and legal teams to provide timely, accurate information to LPs. Maintain a deep understanding of the fund’s strategy, portfolio, and performance drivers to communicate confidently with investors. Act as the “voice of the investor” internally, providing feedback and market insights to support fund strategy and positioning.Qualifications 5–10 years of Investor Relations or Fundraising experience within USD-denominated private equity or venture capital funds. Strong understanding of global LP ecosystems, fundraising cycles, and investor expectations. Proven track record in developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and other capital partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or above; international education or professional experience preferred.Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation package, including base salary and performance-based bonuses linked to fundraising outcomes and AUM growth. Flexible working arrangements, with the option to be based in global financial hubs. Professional development opportunities, including participation in leading private equity and venture capital investor conferences worldwide. Collaborative and international working environment with significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-border investment activities.Join UsAt Empyrean Venture Partners, you will be part of a mission-driven global team advancing the frontier of AI and intelligent hardware.If you are passionate about venture capital and excel at building lasting investor relationships, we would love to hear from you.
