**L'entreprise**:
Cette startup a décidé de révolutionner la formation des professionnels de santé en utilisant la réalité virtuelle (via un casque de réalité virtuelle). Ainsi, les personnels de santé peuvent se former de manière innovante, et les établissements de santé peuvent proposer à leurs salariés un accès facile et flexible à la formation.

L'entreprise compte à son bord 30 personnes et accompagne 300 clients publics comme privés. En plein essor, cette société est dynamique et cherche des personnes pétillantes et forte de proposition pour la rejoindre

**Le poste et l’équipe**:
Sous la responsabilité du CTO, tu encadreras une équipe de 7 personnes composée de développeurs Unity, de testeur QA, d’infographistes et de level designer.
Ta mission sera de superviser l’équipe et d’assurer l’alignement de celle-ci avec les projets et la vision / stratégie produit de l’entreprise.

Les missions rattachées au poste:

- Encadrer l’équipe au quotidien (planification, répartition des tâches, etc.) et la faire grandir,
- Être garant de la qualité du travail fournit et des délais dans lesquels les livrables sont rendus,
- Prendre un rôle de facilitateur des projets menés ou des nouvelles fonctionnalités à produire,
- Accompagner le Product Owner sur la priorisation du backlog ou des fonctionnalités à construire puis délivrer,
- Interagir avec l’équipe sur certains sujets techniques,
- Participer aux réflexions et transmettre la vision stratégique de l’entreprise et du produit au sein de l’équipe,**Conditions de travail / En pratique**:

- Localisation : Rennes Ouest
- Proximité transports en commun
- Possibilité de télétravail : 2 jours par semaine
- CDI Convention Syntec Cadre ~39h

- Echange avec l’équipe
- Dernier entretien avec le CEO

PROFIL REQUIS

**Ce que tu apportes**:

- Tu as un background technique (idéalement en développement), et tu as une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire,
- Tu as une bonne aisance relationnelle et savez manager une équipe,
- Tu es intéressé par la réalité virtuelle et les serious games,
- Tu souhaites travailler dans une startup innovante
