Nous recherchons un(e) Engineering Manager pour notre produit Buddi, notre produit phare dédié aux professionnels du recrutement. En tant qu'Engineering Manager, tu travailles en binôme avec Samuel, Engineering Manager d'une partie de l'équipe. Ton objectif ? Faire grandir l'équipe, assurer l'excellence technique et collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit pour développer les solutions qui feront la différence. Tes missions principales : - Manager une partie de l'équipe technique - Encadrement direct d'une équipe de 10 développeurs - Créer un environnement propice à l'épanouissement, à l'autonomie et à la prise d'initiatives, - Assurer la montée en compétences des équipes grâce à du coaching, mentoring et pair programming, - Promouvoir une culture de feedback régulier et constructif, - Définir les objectifs avec les membres de l'équipe, et évaluer les performances. - Collaborer avec les équipes produits pour aligner l'équipe avec les objectifs d'HelloWork et créer une vision commune ; - Construire la vision technique et accompagner son déploiement, afin de respecter les objectifs et la roadmap produit ; - Travailler en pair programming avec les membres de l'équipe. Nous pensons que c'est le meilleur vecteur d'apprentissage et nous encourageons sa pratique ; - Recruter et onboarder les nouveaux coéquipiers ; - Contribuer et partager tes connaissances à l'ensemble du groupe HelloWork notamment avec la communauté des Engineering Manager. Notre stack technique et nos outils de travail : - .Net Core, Framework.Net, ASP.NET MVC - C# (ou expérimenté en Java), SQL - SQL server, Redis - Elasticsearch - GitLab, GitLab CI/CD
