**About the role**
You will be part of the Strategic Account Sales team, responsible for building long-term mutually beneficial partnership with key customers. You will be in charge of developing deeper relationships with a small number of core customers over time.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a specific sales strategy about customer business opportunities and effectively closing cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate and communicate with high level stakeholders and decision makers.
- Lead a cross-functionnal team with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and other functional teams to ensure excellent leadership, communication and representation of customer needs to help shape your development strategies.
- Drive long-term value through developing client initiatives, the delivery of quarterly and annual business reviews, and promotion of SKEEPERS’ solutions.
- Selling into global strategic accounts, in which navigating complex structures requires excellent account planning and mapping initiatives.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
**Requirements**:
**Your Background**
- A strong Hunter mentality, with a proven track record operating with very large accounts at C and D-level.
- Solid experience in digital marketing, ideally in SaaS and/or MarTech working for a solution provider, digital agency, ideally in an international setting (minimum 5 years)
- Aim to understand the customer’s pain points and goals in order to identify opportunities for added value and collaboration.
- Several years’ B2B sales experience in which navigating complex organisations and stakeholder management is the norm. You need to be capable to operate at C-Level and actively prospect within your customer accounts efficiently and effectively.
- Strong understanding of customers’ business KPIs, goals and ROI metrics and experience in producing excellent value propositions based on deep discovery of customer challenges.

- Customer-centric and strategic mindset, you’re an excellent listener and have a thirst for knowledge, caring about future market trends and challenges and finding solutions to complex business problems.
- Solution-selling oriented, you are able to lead a structured sales processs with External and Internal stakeholders.
- Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders, you’re creative in telling a story, highlighting value and influencing win-win situations with customers.
- Ability to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Familiar with Solution selling methodologies
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
