**Regional Business Line Manager - Specialty Rental France**:
As the Regional Business Line Manager (BLM), you will report to the General Manager of Atlas Copco Rental Europe and be an integral part of the Management Team. Our goal is to enhance the business through a well-defined and executed development plan. You will oversee the Income Statement and Balance Sheet for the Specialty Rental business in France, manage the territory using the latest tools and systems, and optimize asset management of the rental fleet to achieve desired returns.

Leading a well-trained service team to ensure high-quality fleet and service, maintaining fleet availability in line with division standards, and focusing on efficiency in logistics and operations are key aspects of the role. Functional cost savings are also expected.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining triple ISO Certification, operating according to the guidelines of ‘The Way We Do Things’, ensuring the Atlas Copco brand remains First in mind—First in choice® for all target customers, expanding the steam rental business in your region, and developing business in the Maghreb region, part of region France.

**To be successful in this position**, you should have

strong business acumen in a 24/7 service environment,

several years of managerial experience with P&L responsibility, preferably in industrial rental business, experience in customer centers and/or product companies.

Application, product, and fleet management experience in oil-free air equipment is a plus.

A university degree in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent experience, is required.

Knowledge of Atlas Copco (rental) fleet is highly valued,

and familiarity with ‘The Way We Do Things’ is essential.

Fluency in English and French is necessary.

The position is **based in France**, preferably in the Lille or Hauconcourt region, with the Paris region also being a possibility.
