Plastic raw material expertise
- Monitor, Evaluate and provide recommendation on new plastic raw materials, additives, processes.
- Evaluate use of new plastic materials: bio-based, bio-degradable, compostable resin in SDS environment.
- Ensure that all materials comply with safety, regulatory and customers requirement.
- Guide material decisions to maximize recyclability.
- Evaluate, select and drive validation/ certification of best PCR for SDS product.
- Manage and coordinate projects such as POM or Styrene replacement.

Product sustainability & Recycling expertise
- Develop deep understanding of plastic recycling regulation, certification & technologies by region (USA, Europe, Asia )
- Assist in validation / certification of SDS product recyclability.
- Asses competitors and customers recyclability claims
- Take part to the development of product more reusable, recyclable, with lower environmental impact.
- Develop our teams know how about sustainability, recycling and eco-design guideline: sales, marketing, and technical team.

Project management
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) & CO2 Emissions
- Define process and coordinate the plant technicians providing LCA of SDS products.
- Evaluate SDS product versus competitive solutions.
- Make recommendation to on opportunities for product LC improvement
