**Security Pre-sales Engineer**
**CDI - BORDEAUX (33) - FULL REMOTE FRIENDLY**

**Au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes**, vous occuperez le poste de **conseiller en avant-vente**. Vous serez en contact avec des clients du monde entier pour présenter la solution de cette startup, réaliser des démonstrations et des évaluations à distance, ainsi que des formations.

**En tant que Technical Product Specialist, vos missions consisteront à**:

- ** Présenter et démontrer la plateforme aux clients** potentiels, en mettant en avant ses fonctionnalités et ses avantages en termes de sécurité.
- ** Collaborer avec l'équipe sales pour piloter l'étape d'évaluation technologique** lors du processus de vente.
- ** Fournir un support technique** pré-sales en répondant aux questions des clients et en les **accompagnant dans la prise en main** de la plateforme à travers des formations.
- ** Participer à des salons et des conférences** pour promouvoir la plateforme et échanger avec les acteurs du secteur. Vous serez notamment amené à **voyager** pour rencontrer les clients et comprendre leurs besoins.
- ** Contribuer à la communication** technique en rédigeant des articles de blogs ou en réalisant des présentations.

**Profil**:
Vous possédez un **excellent sens relationnel** / **rédactionnel** et des capacités démontrées à **communiquer** **efficacement** et à **présenter** **de manière convaincante**. Vous êtes motivé(e) et capable de travailler de manière indépendante pour atteindre les objectifs fixés, tout en contribuant de manière proactive à l'équipe.

**Profil recherché**:
Vous avez idéalement une expérience de 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire **en consulting / prévente** **/ relation client **dans un environnement **d’ingénierie et/ou IT **(logiciels, solutions SAAS, etc.).

**Compétences requises**:

- Bonne connaissance de l'**architecture Hardware** (modes CPU, MMU, bus internes, etc.) sur les systèmes ARM et/ou Intel.
- Bonne connaissance des **outils de rétro-ingénierie** (IDA, Ghidra, Wireshark, Volatility, etc.).
- Excellente **maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit** (la plupart des clients sont à l'étranger).
