Within the Digital Europe Middle East department, you will integrate the Catalog & E-store optimization Team. Attached to the head of E-store Optimization EME, your objective will be to support & coordinate with the E-store optimization team our online operability and continuous improvement strategy on Sephora's e-commerce sites in EME.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are prepared to take on the following responsibilities _**

**Transversal continuous improvement Coordination**
- Be our referent for all transversal projects impacting the whole team and ensure that the team's commitments are met (Identify risks, collect and share operational & local needs, etc.).
- Manage the transversal audit, analysis, and reports with all the experts.
- Centralize all information to facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders.
- Ensure that interlocutors work effectively together, hold them accountable for the actions they initiate as stakeholders (regular meetings and follow-up)
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Digital and IT Team essentially)
- Prepare Weekly meetings with the team to present analysis and new projects.
- Prepare monthly E-merchandising analysis & conclusions with the E-store optimization experts.

**Business & Countries support**
- Be the point of contact for EME countries regarding E-merchandising topics.
- Solve countries requests on JIRA in support of the E-store Optimization team.
- Work closely with the team to get their feedbacks & analysis to ensure monthly reports.
- Coordinate the different communications of the team.

- Profile: Business School
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a digital environment
- Interpersonal skills & expressive capacity
- Human relations / teamwork/ Sense of Hearing
- Methodical, rigorous, and loving challenges
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SFCC (demandware) and CMS. T2S, Algolia and Bazaarvoice tools would be a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
