Join Our Dynamic Sephora Digital Team

You will integrate the Catalog & eStore Optimization team within the Digital Europe Middle East department as a **Catalog Specialist**

Reporting to the E-commerce Catalog Manager for Fragrances, Makeup you will take charge of the online catalog for a dedicated portfolio of brands. Your mission: to manage and optimize the product catalog on Sephora's e-commerce sites in the region. If you’re excited to take on these responsibilities, this role is perfect for you.

**Catalog Management & Brand Collaboration**
- Key Contact: Be the primary contact for your brand portfolio, managing their online catalog.
- Content Collection: Collaborate with brands to gather new product content and ensure timely online launches.
- Optimization: Advise and work with brands to enrich product pages with high-value content (images, videos, exclusive content following Sephora e-commerce guidelines).
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product descriptions are translated and legally validated; maintain high standards for product pages across desktop, mobile, and app.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates on launch planning, including products to be launched, delays, and alerts.
- Database Management: Regularly optimize filters and categorization and keep the database clean.
- Brand Spaces: Collaborate with brands to create, update, and optimize brand spaces according to new releases and seasonal changes.
- Guideline Updates: Challenge and continuously update the guidelines for our product pages.

**Digital Projects**
- Transversal Projects: Actively contribute to implementing and developing internal projects.
- Tool Optimization: Participate in the continuous improvement of our internal tools.
- PDP Project Coordination: Monitor and coordinate product page optimization projects internally and with brands, including post-project assessments.
- Sales Support Tools Coordination: Coordinate and Implement online sales support tools with brands and internal teams.

**Country Catalog Specialist Lead**
- Key Assortment Support: Support a dedicated country in managing its assortment during key periods of the year.
- Local Support: Ensure the local captain has the necessary support to fulfill their central catalog missions.

You will engage with various internal departments (Category Management, Photo Studio, Online Marketing, Supply Chain, IT) and brand representatives in this role.

- Profile: Degree in Business, Digital, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.

- Methodical: Methodical and rigorous approach.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel and CMS; familiarity with PIM (Akeneo) and SFCC (Demandware) is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory). Additional European language is a plus.

Vous serez directement rattaché(e) au **E-commerce Catalog Manager**pour les domaines Parfums et Maquillage. Votre mission principale : gérer et optimiser le catalogue produit sur les sites e-commerce de Sephora pour un portefeuille de marques dédié. Si vous êtes passionné(e) par le e-commerce et la beauté et prêt(e) à relever ce défi, ce poste est fait pour vous.

**Gestion du Catalogue & Collaboration avec les Marques**
- **Contact Principal**: Devenez le contact privilégié pour votre portefeuille de marques. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de leur catalogue en ligne pour l’ensemble de la zone Europe.
- **Collecte de Contenu**: Collaborez avec les marques pour récupérer de nouveaux contenus produits et garantir les lancements dans les délais.
- **Optimisation**: Conseillez et accompagnez les marques pour enrichir les pages produits avec des contenus de qualité (images, vidéos, contenus exclusifs) selon les guidelines e-commerce de Sephora.
- **Reporting**: Fournissez des mises à jour hebdomadaires sur les lancements prévus, y compris les produits en ligne, les retards et les alertes.
- **Gestion de la Base de Données**: Optimisez régulièrement les filtres et la catégorisation, et assurez-vous que la base de données reste propre.
- **Espaces de Marques**: Collaborez avec les marques pour créer, mettre à jour et optimiser les espaces de visibilité des marques dédiés aux lancements et aux changements saisonniers.
- **Mise à Jour des Guidelines**: Contribuez à l’évolution continue des directives pour les pages produits.

**Projets
