We are looking for a
**Content Production Manager** to join the
**Content Factory**, based at Group SEB headquarters' in Ecully.

You are the
**Single Point of Entry **to drive all the
**MASTER content production** needs addressed to the Content Factory. You provide excellence in the management of content production projects to:

- **Centralize content production needs to enrich the touchpoints of the activation plan (PdP, Pack, Discovery Page, CRM, Digital Kit )**

o Build consistency & quality through a categorial approach

o Secure a perfect content execution, in compliancy with business guidelines/requirements
- **Define & drive the content production plan to the production Hubs (internal & external creative partners)**

o Analyze & challenge content briefs

o Identify common & repetitive information across the several touchpoints

o Make bridge to optimize and rationalize the production plan in an efficient way
- **Deliver the good content for the good touchpoint, milestones & cost **

o Align content production planning with due dates

o Monitor & share project progress to our key stakeholders (project status, planning & budget)

o Build & deploy content templates to ease and accelerate localization & activation

o Deliver the final content in systems & promote it to all the relevant stakeholders
- **Monitor the whole content creation production**

o Track content production KPIs through a dedicated monitoring & data tools

o Evaluate performance and plan optimizations with key stakeholders (BU, Markets, creative teams ) to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and costs.

**PROFILE**:

- You have completed 5 years’ higher education in marketing, and you have confirmed at least 4 years’ experience in content production.
- You have a good ability in project management, prioritization, multi-task with a flexible approach to work with changing deadlines and scope. Rigorous and agility are key.
- You have a customer-centric and outcome-focused approach to delivery.
- You have a strong knowledge of content types, formats, & production tools, with a good understanding of category drivers and SEO.
- You are proactive with both communication skills and teamwork spirit. You demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills with aptitude in building relationship at all organizational levels.
- Your English is fluent due to international scope.
