This position has strong interaction with the entire FCV Nuclear BU, FCV Global and Automation Solution organizations.

**Planning**:

- Support Emerson Planning Process. Be involved in major management events such as business reviews, strategy reviews, and value creation conferences
- Set priorities and coordinate planning activities across the business unit and world areas.
- Drive worldwide customer satisfaction survey, with consulting partner

**Communication**:

- Develop creative communication strategies to increase Nuclear BU capability awareness, promote product and services portfolio in all medias
- Execute communication programs including events, documentation, web site, videos. Develop digital communication
- Develop presentations for nuclear BU sales force and/or customers.
- Develop internal communication support (all employee communication, newsletter, intranet...)

**R **EQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, finance, administration, or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience
- Experience in business planning and communication
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel as required - ~25% (mostly in Europe)
