Our core Values are : Pioneering Spirit, Fast & Agile, Excellence, Greener & Cleaner **Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.** **Job description**: **Overall job definition**: To prepare, capitalize, optimize, innovate on operating electrical test Lab **Main missions**: - to prepare electrical tests - to make synthesis on its perimeters - to prepare Group technical reporting - to propose evolutions to improve testing Performance / Quality / Duration / Costs - to contribute to study efficiency increase (concentrate WF on most valuable tasks or Tests benches operationnal efficiency) - to assist teams for test technical novolties and handle with specific tests on innovations - to give feed back to V&V team on feasability of test procedure - to report technically to Expert and managers - to teach/train newcomers (technicians and engineers) - to propose/validate security and test technical evolutions **Profile**: **Knowledge**: Knowledge of electric tests on Batteries and Cells and also testing constrains and rules **Experience**: Electrical Testing (> 1 year) and software associated, security rules, Communication, Produce synthesis, Group working, capacity to adapt to mains ACC activities **Qualifications**: Engineer, PhD, Fluent English **Key behaviours**: Adaptability to changes, good communication, significant working capacity **Some extra skills which make the difference**: Team Spirit, high potential, Interested in other competencies, transverse behaviour, **Why join us?** **Our Advantages and Perks**: new premises, parking spaces reserved for carpoolers, possibility of recharging your electric car on reserved spaces in our parking lot.
