In BioSystems we design, develop, produce, and market analytical solutions for 5 areas of biotechnology:

- Clinical Analysis
- Veterinary Analysis
- Food & Beverage Analysis
- Agricultural Analysis
- Bioprocesses Analysis

We are looking for a **Technical Field Service profile **to provide field technical assistance to our customers in the West-French area.
- **Responsibilities**_:_
- Support is provided to the customer remotely by phone, internet and by on-site visits, as determined by the machine status or customer requirements,
- Main activity will be **technical assistance** to Biosystems analyser machines (**corrective and preventive maintenances**) into the Biochemistry Clinical & Food & Beverage fields,
- **Advise customers** on how to best use our equipment and products,
- Management of its stock and spare parts,
- **Self-management of schedule **and work priorities to ensure that urgent customer requirements are addressed timely and customer satisfaction is optimized,
- Directly connected to the French team while maintaining constant contact with the Barcelona office,
- UX focus with constant communication with R+D+I area to keep improving the products according to the needs of the customers,
- **Promote** our customer service and our products
- **Requirements**_:_
- Higher education in computer science or electronics.
- Analytical laboratory background will be valuable.
- Passion for technology and keen sense of logic and problem solving.
- Strong propensity for teamwork with professional ethics, flexibility, and predisposition for interpersonal contact.
- Willingness to travel mostly on the West-French territory.
- Good level of professional English (other languages appreciated). Proficient French.
- Looking for an independent profile (100% home office).
- Availability to travel most of the time (around 70%).
- Experience in the sector is a preferential title.
