You will be in charge of the following missions:

- **Management of the department**
- Manage the budget of the IT & User Support team: ensure control of the budgets related to the development of information systems.
- Plan the department's activities and ensure that schedules are respected.
- Ensure the management of subcontracting in conjunction with the Projects & Finance Manager of the IT Department: call for tenders, choice of service providers, management of contracts, technical follow-up.
- **Installation, maintenance and security of the operating and information system**
- Define, propose and deploy technical solutions and developments adapted to the needs and objectives of the company and the department, in line with the standards of the IT Department.
- Supervise the infrastructure of the information networks and guarantee their operation and security.
- Define the maintenance policy for the network; quality and security procedures for information systems in conjunction with the group's CISO
- **Management of the Support teams**
- Manage the team members on a daily basis and participate in their development
- Plan the department's activities and recruitment needs
- Manage the user relationship with the main managers and country managers
- Implement the tools necessary to understand the needs of its internal and external customers and to resolve them (ticketing service, communication channels, etc.)
- Ensure the handling of the most sensitive cases or special requests

**Requirements**:based in Lyon, permanent contract, with a 7 years' experience in a similar position. Broad knowledge of information systems, mastery of security standards and current global security risks (Firewall, web filtering, Microsoft security suite), good knowledge of the outsourcing market (national & regional). Fluency in English is mandatory.

Alors rejoignez CLASQUIN en tant que **Responsable IT & Support Utilisateurs Groupe** (H/F).

Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

- **Pilotage du département**
- Gérer le budget de l’équipe IT & Support Utilisateurs : veiller à la maîtrise des budgets relatifs aux évolutions des systèmes d'information.
- Planifier les activités du service et veiller au respect des plannings.
- Assurer le pilotage de la sous-traitance en lien avec le responsable Projets & finance de la DSI : appel d’offres, choix des prestataires, gestion des contrats, suivi technique.
- **Installation, maintenance et sécurisation du système d'exploitation et d'information**
- Définir, proposer et déployer les solutions et évolutions techniques adaptées aux besoins et objectifs de l’entreprise et du département, en lien avec les standards de la DSI.
- Superviser l'infrastructure des réseaux d'information et garantir leur fonctionnement et leur sécurité.
- Définir la politique de maintenance du parc ; les procédures de qualité et de sécurité des systèmes d’information en lien avec le RSSI du groupe
- **Management des équipes Support**
- Manager les membres de l’équipe au quotidien et participer à leur développement
- Planifier les activités du service et les besoins en recrutement
- Piloter la relation utilisateur avec les principaux managers et responsables de pays
- Mettre en place les outils nécessaires à la compréhension des besoins de ses clients internes et externes et à leur résolution (service de ticketing, canaux de communication )
- Assurer la prise en charge des cas les plus sensible ou des demandes particulières

**Des critères pour ce poste **:Basé à Lyon, CDI, avec une expérience d'au moins 7 ans sur un poste similaire. Connaissance large des systèmes d’information, maîtrise des normes de sécurité et de l’actualité des risques mondiaux en matière de sécurité (Firewall, web filtering, suite de sécurité Microsoft), bonne connaissance du marché de la sous-traitance (national & régional).
La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire.
