- Recruter, Former et Manager l’équipe
- Promouvoir nos événements
- T’assurer que les procédures sont respectées afin que notre établissement de type Pub anglais soit toujours accueillant et conforme aux normes de santé et sécurité
- Passer les commandes, minimiser les pertes, effectuer la rotation des stocks et compter le stock
- Renseigner les reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels
- Préparer les plannings et les variables de paie
- Proposer le budget de l’établissement et l’atteindre

Nous sommes une entreprise familiale anglaise. Nous brassons notre bière en Angleterre et la servons dans nos pubs anglais en Angleterre et en France. Nos équipes aiment notre entreprise pour sa bonne ambiance, les nombreuses formations qui y sont proposées et les opportunités de promotions internes très fréquentes (70% de nos Directeurs d’Etablissement ont commencé chez Wells & Co comme Barman/Barmaid).

- Tu es passionné par les Pubs anglais
- Tu sais établir un bon contact tant avec les Clients qu’avec tes collègues
- Tu as déjà bossé dans des fonctions de direction d’établissement
- You speak English fluently
- **Tu as l’expérience des établissements avec cuisine**
