**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
You will work in the Group DPO team, in close collaboration with the various Worldline group departments and with the Data Protection Officer’s network working in the Worldline Global Business Lines and subsidiaries.

You will report to the Group Data Protection Officer and Global Head of Data Protection, based at the headquarters.

Your Responsibilities:

- Work with the Worldline Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) and global business units to ensure both existing and new products / services / processing activities comply with the relevant privacy requirements within the France perimeter.
- Oversee the data protection function for the France perimeter, ensuring compliance and best practices across all business lines.
- Implement data protection policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, and controls.
- Provide guidance and assistance in handling data breaches, ensuring swift and effective response in accordance with legal requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the organization on data protection and privacy matters.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and act as a primary point of contact for data protection inquiries.
- Oversee and manage complex data protection projects at both the national and multinational level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with data protection requirements.

**Who Are We Looking For**
- Master's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Certified Data Protection Officer (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, etc.) preferred.
- Significant operational experience in data protection and privacy management. 7+ years of relevant working experience in privacy.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects related to data protection and privacy compliance.
- Thorough knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working experience for multinational organizations.
- Excellent command of English.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and advocacy skills
