Invoicing Manager

Your mission As part of our development on the European market and an increase in activity, we are recruiting a new employee on a 12-month fixed-term contract for the "FRABENE" administrative department, which covers three countries (France, Belgium and the Netherlands). Within our Invoicing department, you will be the privileged interface with our professional customers and our transport partners. YOUR TASKS - Processing and checking invoices (customers and carriers) - Management of customer requests and claims (by phone or by mail) - Management of carrier Invoice claims - Management of the dunning process of unpaid customer invoices - Support to our Customer Service and Sales teams What you need to succeed - You have a degree in administration and management (BAC+2) - You are comfortable with figures - You have a good English level, and you ideally speak Dutch - You have experience in the logistics and transport sector - You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous and organised - You enjoy teamwork in an international environment and are flexible - Good knowledge of PC and MS-Office environments Why LetMeShip?
