**Practicalities**
- **Starting**: January 2025 for 6 months - 35 hours/week from 09:00/1700
- Available on 2 Saturdays out of the month
- The internship allowance is €850 per month
- You will work from our Cergy office, in France
Ready to kickstart your career with an exciting international environment? As a Sales Locataires intern, you'll have the chance to take full ownership of your work and make a real impact from day one.
**Your team**
You will be joining the Sales Locataires team within Studapart which consists of 15 team members. During this internship you will be onboarding the tenants onto our platform, assisting them with their questions and providing them with the best accommodation that matches their needs.
**Your role and impact**
- Present the Studapart service and position it within the competitive landscape to highlight the benefits to the client.
- Advise clients on their listings and rental processes to help them rent out their properties quickly.
- Advise clients on additional services based on their needs (such as rental guarantee insurance or boosting their listing).
- Support clients throughout their rental process before online booking by; Answering questions, anticipating potential issues
- When required, verify and remind tenants about the operating rules and values of the platform.
- Develop the commercial relationship by creating brand attachment through the quality and smoothness of communication and the booking process.
- Encourage clients to prioritize and increase the usage of the platform and of additional services.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure coverage of the entire client rental cycle.
**Your profile**
- No specific degree or experience required, motivation, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt quickly is key
- Strong proficiency in French and English (reading/writing/speaking).
- Interest in sales and passion for customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build strong relationships.
