The richness of the program is that it can evolve in different **AI teams for 12 months** or **IT teams for 18 months,** with the possibility of carrying out two or three missions throughout the program in France and possibly abroad depending on the opportunities open to you. Finally, continuous training is part of the DNA of this Graduate Program: you will benefit from a wide range of training on hard skills and soft skills, as well as conferences and round tables to prepare you to meet the challenges of the Bank of tomorrow. ***Missions, team and work environment, what does it look like ?** **Responsibilities**: Your mission will involve participating in various stages of data science projects, including: Defining and contributing to the implementation of technical solutions to meet business needs (internal development of models, integration of external or SaaS solutions, AI engines or machine learning, data analytics). Implementing testing strategies with senior data scientists and developers to ensure the required quality level and continuous improvement of development processes. Interact with Metier to ensure maximizing impact and adoption. Incorporating highest IT development standards to industrialize your data science, interacting with architects, production teams, and the technical leader community. Drafting framework documents and participating in development teams, promoting Agile best practices. As proficient data scientists require to understand the reality of the business it is addressing.
