Are you ready to take on the technological challenges of Corporate Banking in an international environment? **What will your daily life look like on your first mission ?** An exceptional offer for young engineering graduates: As a Graduate, you will have a permanent contract (CDI) within BNP Paribas CIB ITO You will start with an 18-month immersion within the same department, consisting of 2 to 3 rotations based in Paris. The richness of the program is that it can evolve in different IT teams for 18 months, with the possibility of carrying out two or three missions throughout the program in France and possibly abroad depending on the opportunities open to you. To enhance your skills and quickly acquire the keys to professional development, mentoring is at the heart of the Tech Graduate Program at CIB ITO. From the beginning of the program, each Graduate will meet their Mentor: a senior manager with whom you will regularly exchange on your training, your questions, and who can help you build a solid network within the BNP Paribas Group. You will write scoping documents. You will participate in the design of the solution You will write clean, maintainable, secure, robust and efficient source code and work in collaboration with other developers in their daily work promoting best practices You will review code and provide constructive feedback to peer to ensure high-quality code. You should have: Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university with an IT specialization. Passionate about new technologies. Willingness and ability to work with local and remote multicultural teams. Interested in corporate finance. In terms of technical skills, you’re the person we’re looking for if: You have a good understanding of software development cycles, IT practices to make code reliable, readable, maintainable, and of good quality. You master at least one of the following development languages (JAVA, C#, Python, etc....). You master the rules, principles, and practices of IT development (DEVOPS) as well as development and continuous integration tools (GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins, ELK, Kubernetes, etc...).
