**Express your talents**

You join the Brand and Communications team based at La Défense for a position with a wide variety of missions.

You will be in charge of managing and producing communications materials and campaigns that engage our key stakeholders and strengthen brand recognition.

Your challenges:

- Communications & Marketing Campaigns
- Create, deliver and manage communication campaigns in line with Bureau veritas M&O strategies
- Manage advertising campaigns (new graphic guidelines / production and interaction with vendors/ provide support to the M&O network).
- Develop various communications tools (videos - print - digital) aligned with the marketing and communications strategy and planned activities
- Organize and manage major events, webinars, and exhibitions/conferences
- Organize events, webinars and exhibitions in line with the marketing and communications strategy and planned activities
- Coordinate planning, content production and invitations.
- Produce dedicated tools for events (flyers, ads, goodies, presentations)
- Brand
- Be the go to person for branding best practices. Share guidelines and good practices across the Marine & Offshore network
- Able to design and create materials (ads, flyers for example)
- Maintain and update the Bureau Veritas M&O visual signature and the library of templates

**What do you need to apply?**

With a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communication, journalism or public relations, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

You have a solid knowledge of communication and design practices, techniques and tools (Adobe Creative Suite)

You are proficient in IT tools and have good editorial and relational skills. Listening to the needs of your internal clients, you enjoy working in teams and adapt to the diversity of situations.

He/she will be in charge of supporting the Global Marketing and Communication network and will work in collaboration with the global marketing departments of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore
