Job Description

We are looking for a permanent Project Delivery Oversight Manager responsible of end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring they meet scope timeline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination Lead cross-functional teams assign tasks and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Process Optimization Continuously improve delivery processes identify bottlenecks and implement best practices.
  • Risk Management Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records of project progress delivery metrics and client communications.
  • Budget Resource Management Monitor budgets allocate resources effectively and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Compliance Standards Ensure adherence to organizational policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
  • Experience in IT services consulting or product-based environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in onshore/offshore environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in French and English languages.
