Firmenich recherche, pour renforcer son Département Achat, Un (e) Stagiaire Achats Matière Premières (H/F) Vous serez sous la responsabilité du Senior Sourcing Manager Aroma Chemicals basé à Neuilly-Sur-Seine et vous serez en support de l’équipe Aroma Chemicals sourcing au sein du Global Perfumery Procurement. Vous évoluerez dans un contexte international et aurez l’opportunité de collaborer avec plusieurs fonctions de l’entreprise. **Vos missions incluent**: - Suivi de l’introduction de nouvelles matières premières **_ Supplier Relationship management**: demande de documents / échantillons / offres de prix **_ Sourcing de matières premières**: identification et qualification de nouveaux fournisseurs en lien avec les services Qualité Affaires Réglementaires de l’entreprise - Support aux acheteurs dans le cadre de leur gestion de portefeuille matières premières - Suivi et pilotage de projets avec les équipes internes **Profil**: En cours de formation de niveau Bac+4 / Bac+ 5 avec idéalement une spécialisation "Achats" et/ou une spécialisation dans les domaines des matières premières, de la parfumerie et des arômes. Vos premiers stages ont confirmé votre intérêt pour le secteur de la parfumerie et des arômes dans un environnement international et vous ont déjà permis de développer vos connaissances et votre motivation pour les métiers des Achats. Vous maîtrisez la langue anglaise Vous êtes proactif (ve) et appréciez échanger avec des interlocuteurs internes ou externes. Vous êtes synthétique et possédez un bon esprit d'analyse. Vous êtes doté d’une bonne capacité d’organisation et de planification, et maitrisez la gestion de projet.
