Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? **Pernod Ricard is looking for a Business Services Procurement Intern for 6 months from January to June 2026.**You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You will be part of Pernod Ricard’s Business Services Procurement team to assist on projects, activities, and internal processes.

You will cover the following categories : Consulting, Financial Services, HR services, Car Fleet, Facility Management, Travel and Legal services

**Your key missions**:
**Implementation of the Global Pernod Ricard Indirect Categories strategies**
- You will assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluate reports and contact award submissions, and ensure consistency in format and content.
- You will participate in supplier negotiations.
- You will process procurement transactions in corporate systems.
- You will assist in the preparation of purchase orders, contracts, long-term agreements, or their amendments.

**Analytical Support**
- You will prepare statistics, reports, and presentations.
- You will maintain performance dashboards and Pernod Ricard Procurement reporting tools.

**Organization & Delivery or Procurement initiatives**
- You will draft internal Pernod Ricard Procurement communications.
- You will maintain status reports on procurement activities and work in progress.

- You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Procurement, Business/Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Economics.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are familiar with MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have an appetite for data and have analytical skills.
- You are open-minded and eager to work in an international environment.
- You are agile, organized, and are ready to help and take responsibility for initiatives.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
