You will be joining the client delivery team with Kraken working to support European clients through their technology transformation journeys, supporting long term migration projects.

The Migration Lead will oversee the seamless transition of accounts from legacy software systems to Kraken’s cloud-native SaaS platform. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end migration process, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and partners.

Key duties include developing and executing migration strategies, managing client expectations, overseeing the business integration interface, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail in data accuracy and system compatibility. The Migration Lead will also drive clear communication and provide guidance throughout the migration process to ensure mínimal disruption and a successful platform adoption.

TheMigration Lead must understand how Kraken works and will bring technology, people and processes together to support the client in adapting to ways of working that are aligned to Kraken’s development style. You will work closely with Kraken’s product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead migration projects: planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with technology teams, management, and clients to define requirements, expectations and to ensure that tech development is not a blocker for migration.
- Triage and route customer requests to the appropriate development teams.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Track the roadmap to enable migration and proactively work with other client delivery leads to ensure developmentProactively manage and communicate project timelines.
- Support and develop client delivery leads within the organization.
- Analyse and manage migration numbers, looking for routes of acceleration or to overcome blockers
- Must be based in the Ile-de-France region for client proximity.

**What you’ll need**:

- Fluent English + French is required.
- Past successful migration experience is required.
- Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
- Strong technical & analytical mindset Experience of working within complex industries, projects and clients.
- Patience and initiative - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding on where/when to push and where/when to flex.
