**Job Description**:
As manager of the IT Controlling function, independently oversee and with your team member run core IT finance processes (e.g. closing, planning, regular reporting and controlling), to support the Group CIO in all finance related matters, and to** **drive continuous improvement of the IT controlling function and its adjustment to the ongoing transformation initiatives. Your main responsibilities:

- Oversight & Management of annual IT Budgeting process
- Central oversight of quarterly closing activities for IT costs and of actuals vs. budget vs. forecast
- As part of our Cloud Transformation journey, supporting the transition of the current costing model to the new Cloud Costing Model
- Having key role (details to be determined) in the new costing model for Cloud services and costs
- Review / adjust IT fin controlling processes, and then drive continuous improvement in IT fin controlling processes
- Provide decision support for strategy development, contract negotiations, cost reduction actions, and other capital spending.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree or higher (Higher university degree and/or MBA a plus)
- Based in Zurich / Paris / Stamford / Dublin
- 5-10 years experience in IT Controlling
- Understanding of IT specific drivers from a finance perspective. Experience in finance controlling for IT departments is an asset.
- Managerial skills, with staff management & development focus
- Ability and experience to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A results-focus and bias towards action
- Willingness and ability to work effectively with various departments, levels, and locations throughout the organization
- Fluent written and spoken English a must
- Knowledge of French and/or German an advantage
