**Job Description**:
As representative of his(her) business function at Group level, she/he is responsible for the definition of target business processes and rules, their successful implementation into the SoOne solution and the adoption of the best practices within his(her) area of responsibilities, in accordance with So One project vision and objectives.

Key missions for the So One Core Model build and pilot implementation will be:

- Act as the Business representative of his(her) function at Group level within the Core Team
- Define target business processes and rules with an objective of harmonization and simplification, by referring to industry and solution best-practices (avoiding specific developments) and also anticipating business evolutions
- Engage and align the Key User team / Business community of his(her) own business area with the designed Core Model
- Identify transformation impacts and feed change management plan with Business lead and Transformation Officer
- Contribute to the implementation of the change action plans to support So One change management effort
- Be responsible for some project deliverables (design, impacts analysis, functional acceptance, change management material )
- Facilitate process design workshops
- Actively participate to the User Acceptance Test
- Contribute to data clean-up and mapping
- Contribute actively in the Pilot implementation (notably to the fit analysis, change management actions plan, training,)
- Report any potential hurdles and disagreements within the Key User team to the Business Lead and / or the project management when necessary
- Closely collaborate with the other SMEs, integrator (on the functional integration points), PMO and DOSI to come up with the best standardized functional solutions throughout the Core Model definition
